Mariners win!!! We're HEROES!!!

So is this how all of our wins this season going to look? Squeak out a few runs and then hold on for dear life at the end?

Considering who we were up against, today was a great day at the ballpark! AND GEE HITS ALL NET SWISH!!!
Hey we beat an actual Cy young pitcher I am happy but hopefully this offense hits a lot better on the road.

Yessss it was but thankfully it went our way!!!!
I am SHOCKED that wasn't challenged honestly.
Garver comes up huge with the glove when it matters. Makes up for his horrible bat just one play!!!
He caught a baseball thrown right at him. He made the play. Great is a stretch.

That's early doors for a Friday. Perfect for me of course by why the early start? Is it a public holiday over there?

An immaculately, bodaciously awesome catch?

Garver: .083

Solano: .000

Tellez: .100

What on earth are they going to do at DH and 1B?

That puzzled me, too.

Just looked at their website, it's their first home game so maybe a tradition that they like to start with an afternoon game? Opening DAY as opposed to opening night?

Giants just swept HOU so they come home hot.

But guess what? They get to face two of the best young arms in the AL in Miller and Woo out the gate. Have fun with that. M's hopefully get Polanco back in the lineup ready to mash.

Let's go. Hoping the road becomes the M's safe haven this year after a real struggle last season.
