OT: Inaugural PGA Championship Contest 15-18 May 2025

I had a bit of a battle with the number of holes played because of the staggered start - ie the ESPN board shows 9* for a player who started on 10th tee. Anyway, fixed that - another challenge overcome.

Also added the "WHAT IF all 5 players were counted to the scoreboard" - that might ramp up some debate now about the mechanics of the contest.

This is fun. My last pick, a last second replacement, Harry Hall is my best golfer at this juncture.
I looked at everybody's choices. One goal, win or lose, was to pick 5 golfers with none being listed by any other protagonist.
I overlooked mostonmike's Sungjae Im selection (+1). My alternative was to be Davis Thompson (+4).
Glad I stuck with S. Im.

Oh noooooooo! The absolute nightmare scenario I feared. Maoling has just jumped to the top of the leaderboard but might only get 2 players through to the weekend and therefore be eliminated from the tourney.

Would be harsh. Having said that I think the cut might be -4 by this time tomorrow (the projected cut does automatically update as well, another scoop)
