MLB should make a special scheduling provision for the Ms vs Padres to always be a 3 game series at one park and a 4 game series at the other park, alternating HFA each year. That way we can prevent ties for the Vedder Cup. This should really be a top priority, since the Vedder Cup is quickly becoming one of the biggest draws in all of MLB right up there with the World Series and the All Star Game.

Hopefully they see sense and do it like the Ryder Cup, you hold the cup until the other team beats you. Therefore a 3-3 tie next season and we retain the Cup.

I would be massively upset if they start messing with the traditional 6 game format that we all love.
