Swinging at ball four. That’s discipline.

Well, quite an exciting game...

Lots of opportunities to win, but not a bad effort against the Astros.

Shed Long also sucks. He blew just as many opportunities as Seager. Jesus pal... 3-1 count and you swing? Let the guy who is walking everyone throw a ball you clown.

You have a pitcher that has walked the based loaded and you have a 3-1 count and hack away at a ball at your shoulders. What a fucking moron.

Wonder why Scott Servais did not have the take sign on for Long with the bases loaded, a 3-1 count and the tying run on third? He swung at ball four....

I think we all knew Shed was going to be swinging no matter where that pitch waa.. Great game ruined by a low baseball IQ at bat. You don't necessarily have to take there, but ripping at a pitch that at no point was ever a strike? Crap.

He probably did. Doesn't a "Take" sign mean "Take a Swing"???

There are a billion reasons why the Mariners lost, and Long Shed was only one.

How about the much more dependable Vogey striking out, bases loaded, when all we needed was a medium flyball to win, followed by Seager making a weak out. Or Ansel Adams pitching in the first, ...

Seriously the Servais Derangement Syndrome around here is getting out of hand.

How do you play baseball for 18 years, somehow make it to the big leagues and swing at that pitch in that situation???? It's like an astronaut forgetting to put his space suit and helmet on before stepping out of the landing craft and onto the moon.
