This Tommy LaStella clown is another piece of evidence that the balls are juiced. 14 home runs in 209 at-bats this season, 10 home runs in 828 at-bats the previous 5 seasons.

Ego umpires make bad baseball.Hanjag wrote: ↑Sun Jun 09, 2019 5:14 amTonight he dealt with an umpire with an ego. Another umpire in a long line of umpires that think they are bigger than the game. I remember watching umpires from other eras brag about how they pinched certain guys. They would laugh about how so-and-so showed them up and then launch career long FU the strikes are what I say they are vendettas.Logainismyhero wrote: ↑Sun Jun 09, 2019 4:31 amSo, this Kikuchi kid.....thought he was supposed to be good? He's pitching like a scrub #5
And 2 I think the M's have just checked out.

That is why I no longer frequent that site. That is not a homophobic slur it means a type of flower. It is like saying he looked scared like a doe in the headlights. There is a million more and calling someone a pansy is not saying they are homosexual. Has someone called a homosexual a pansy? Yes, probably. How about every other insult hurled at any every identity group. Yeps.

So over the last 39 games now this team has had one two-game winning streak. We're really getting into Cleveland Spider territory here.

Kikuchi hit Puella in the 3rd.
New guy Tayler Scott hit Trout in the 5th.
Peters hit Moore in the 7th.

Twitter world and Lookout Landing are freaked out saying it's a homophobic slur............ .
I guess if it had said P ussies it would have been objectifying women..........
I guess, reading further it was a Texas Ranger's tweet and it's since been deleted.

I think I would pay at least a grand to go back in time and watch a Spiders game live. I bet your softball team could easily beat them.DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 09, 2019 5:29 amSo over the last 39 games now this team has had one two-game winning streak. A culture where even in sports articles, we can’t escape from this idiotic obsession with “gay this gay that,” is truly one Not to be Taken Seriously!Hanjag wrote: ↑Sun Jun 09, 2019 5:21 amThat is why I no longer frequent that site. 12-3 ummm, ok wow.
Another poster did some good work with the:
Something like~
Blow it out your
Thread.
It detailed the # of times giving up 10 or some-such blow out indicator.
How can a team start 13-2 and then go for a 6 game losing streak. Recover, record a 5-3 record over the next 8 games and then throw the towel in (9-30) over their last 39 games. That is now nearly 1/4 the season playing to a .231 wining percentage.
That .231 win percentage has taken them from at one time was the best record in baseball to a virtual tie for 5-6 pick in the mlb draft. The Royals and O's are both 24 under .500 while the M's are only 14 under.
If the M's could keep up their pace of the last 39 games they go 49-113 but the O's + Royals .313 pace sends them to a 51 - 111 record.
I look at the M's roster and do not understand how suddenly they are head and shoulders above the 2nd worst error rate in the league.

Excellent Clarity, it seems just a short time ago, in America, when to be gay meant to be happy!rockycola wrote: ↑Sun Jun 09, 2019 5:17 amOh, good fukking grief.
