That actually shows why humans shouldn't be calling balls and strikes. Their eyes are only a few inches apart instead of 17 inches apart which would allow them to see both corners with a perfect angle at the same time.Happy as hell wrote: ↑Wed Jun 12, 2019 3:37 amHow could he not have seen that was outside from his position? Umpires need to be held accountable for such egregious miscalls, or they should be replaced by machines.

I just don't get how you can umpire a game for decades and miss a pitch that far off that plate. Call that correctly and it's bases loaded and nobody out. And Servais just lets it go.

At least we aren't Thai women's soccer fans. Or I assume nobody here is.

I have noticed this as well the last several weeks. Tim Beckham had the hot start, pedigree, and even history of hitting at the MLB level. Yes he had too many errors but run the nobody out there to give him the wake up and hope he can establish value. Beckham can play SS, 2B, 3B, 1B, DH, and OF in that order 1 inning in outfield. Beckham is not owed big money and is locked in for next year CC. It would seem if he went on an error free or at least low rate stretch and heated the bat up from its current 106 OPS+ that is a ticket to a contender.IStillLoveTheMs wrote: ↑Wed Jun 12, 2019 1:59 amDylan Moore is like watching a bowl of carrots play baseball.
Literally the most non-exiting thing in the world.

Anyone catch Hernandez throwing both managers out in the Boston vs Texas game? Umps think they are part of the entertainment.

Who was the player who was in Centerfield and who was chucked out of the game by the home plate umpire for putting his hands on his head after a bad call?

Surprised they booed him considering those were the first earned runs he's given up at Yankee Stadium this season. Not just because of that but also because the organization has priced out many of their non-wine-and-cheese fans. If there were any boos they had to have come from the upper view sections in the corners.D-train wrote: ↑Wed Jun 12, 2019 4:45 pmWelcome to NYC - Booed off the mound

Looks like the Thais could have put a tombstone in goal and gotten a better result.D-train wrote: ↑Wed Jun 12, 2019 4:28 amAt least we aren't Thai women's soccer fans. Or I assume nobody here is.
