Here is another old man. Jack Larsen beating up the little kids on the playground for the ASox. Dude's 26 yo, why he would play another game in A ball is beyond me. .360/1.089 promote him at least to AA but probably AAA so he can go out to bars with some guys after the games instead of go back to their apartments and play video games.

I think there was a relative of the Bush family on my conference call this morning.

I think that is what prompted Reggie Jackson to exclaim "Man he reminds me of me"!

We have to remember that everyone missed a year of development last year, so ages will be a bit higher. McKinney really came on in 2019. Age isn't always the the best indicator of where someone is in their development, and some guys are late bloomers.

My point is there is zero reason not have him start vs. a BP start. Zero nada zilch. Now or never for a 26 yo.

He's not on the 40 man roster. I think they would like him to have a few more stats in AA or possibly AAA. I don't care about how old he is. You can still learn and improve after you turn 26.

Ok
There are plenty of reasons they might want him back. There is a difference between not having a reason and having reasons you disagree with. Doesn't make them right, but if they don't think he's ready, they aren't going to give him a spot on the 40 man roster and bring him up.
