Walker would have been a good move a few years ago.

Not sure why they love these past their prime geezers so much..
Exactly. People act like he is an ALL Star caliber hitter. He isn't, he just seems good because he is better than most of our shit show lineup. He isn't even close to as good as Garver was in 2023 and he is one year older than him, 2 years older than Haniger was last season and FOUR years older than Polanco as last season with an OPS only 14 points higher.
And why are they chasing right handed bats to play in T-Mobile?
DiPoto seems to prefer right-handed batters in general. I don't know why.

So did Jack Z. It is insane.

Meanwhile... Luke Raley had a .901 OPS at home.

I'm surprised we don't hear anything about a Castillo and Vlad Jr. swap.

Castillo and Locklear for Vlad?

I have been saying it it needs to be for someone making money and Vlad would fit the bill. I also brought up Schwarber. Feels like they are so risk averse they will do nothing.

Jays are rumored to be in the Burnes discussion.

Why not bring in Castillo on a cheaper deal with less years? Since Vlad turned down their offer, it's probably best to move him.

I could see Dipoto trying to get his boy Trevor Story.

Hell, I'd do Castillo and Cole Young for a year of Vlad and a chance to re-sign him.

He wanted Story when he was a f/a. Offer and all... which is unlike Dipoto. To offer things.
