I knew I knew that name. He cost me a dollar in a bet to AstroKnott when he hit one off the top of the wall missing a HR by 18 inches. I had bet that we would hit a HR that game.

Re: Minor League Updates
Yeah. He dropped off the top 100 and below Dunn on the Mariners list, but he's younger than Dunn, and has been dominant in the same league. Granted, Dunn was just moved to starter, and still has some of his pitches to develop, but I think Sheffield is the better prospect of the 2. He is better currently, and has the higher ceiling imo.
The poster formerly known as Kingfelixk. With a new forum comes a new boardname. Julio is my guy, plus we share a birthday, so that's Culiooooo

From the MLB.com Pipeline feature on the most improved farm systems:
https://www.mlb.com/news/mlb-most-impro ... e-coverage6. Mariners (No. 11): The first jump came courtesy of the Robinson Cano trade and was buoyed by strong first impressions by Jarred Kelenic and Justin Dunn after coming over in that deal. Both 2018 draftee Cal Raleigh and trade acquisition Jake Fraley have turned in very solid 2019 seasons as well, allowing them to jump into the organization’s top 10, while teen phenom Julio Rodriguez has not disappointed either. The last two Drafts have provided very good college pitching (Logan Gilbert and George Kirby), and they even added a pair of Top 30 relief prospects in the Deadline deals with the Nationals. Added bonus for M’s fans: Much of this talent is amassing at the upper levels, so help is on the way soon. Mariners Top 30 Prospects list »

Re: Minor League Updates
Our pathetic team couldnt find a spot for him, but we've run absolute bums out there at 1B on occasion since (guys like Dylan Moore), now he will probably do something to carry the Yankers to the playoffs.
