I would not have started JV on short rest in game four.
Justin Verlander allowed 4 batted balls with a 100+ mph exit velocity in the 1st, all base hits
That's tied for the most 100+ mph batted balls he's allowed in *any* inning tracked by Statcast (since 2015 -- including postseason).
He'd done it just 2x before, and not since 2017.
