If Turner wants to go east and Xander wants to remain with the Red Sox and the Braves are resigning Dansby and Judge is going to remain Yankee (none of these are locks) then we are left with CC as the lone impact FA imo. Not a bad one to be left with given he would be open to another deal like he got with the Twins when ended up being just a one year commitment.

Not gonna happen. Turner won't have a market and Xander could get a bigger deal elsewhere.

Yeah, I'm not sure about Turner's market either, at least at the mega deal level. And actually the same goes for Xander. Of course, if Xander does actually leave Boston, Turner could be their plan B, so that's one possibility. But it's hard to know what the Red Sox are thinking.

You gotta be in on all these guys period. Out of the 4 possible FA's, Correa had the highest WRC+

Youngest as well. His downside is durability.

It'll be Yankees or Giants

I'll predict it won't be Yankees.

Make a team prediction where he lands I go with pinstripes for a alchohol drink at a spring training game

That’s about a $14 bet

Yankees. Been saying this for months now.

Since I won’t be at ST, I guess it’s a gentleman’s wager. ;)

Right now, after 2 runs scored in what, 27 innings of playoff baseball? Now would be the time to bring JP in and say look kid, your bat ain't getting it done. We have a chance to add a SS that can hit, so you can move to second base or the bench, but we need to get better.
