You know when my dad took us on vacations he would always find a way to work in a brewery tour. Olympia, etc. /also wineries, distillery, etc. Is this a visit to a grow or what is the context?
Here you go with stupid WAR projections again. Tell me, did Fangraphs project -0.1 fWAR for Urias in '23 over 53 games? No. Ok. Then I don't care. Over the past two seasons Injuries have limited Polanco to 184 games and Urias to 171 games.
Polanco has a 2024 salary of $10.5 million (plus a $750,000 buyout of a $12 million club option for 2025) while Luis Urias is projected to earn a 2024 salary of $4.7 million in his second-to-last arbitration season.

Polanco has a ceiling of 3.5 to 4 fWAR during his best seasons and a floor of around 2 fWAR in his worst seasons. He's been a 118, 119, 124 wRC+ hitter over the past 3 seasons and that's literal gold on a team as shitty offensively as the M's. That hitting is easily worth the $10.5 and $12 million given the state of the league.

Jorge Polanco might be a better option in a standard fantasy league that counts hitting stats to the exclusion of other real-life contributions.
Projections certainly come with a margin of error. Did Tim Anderson outperform J.P. Crawford this year?
