It wasn't anywhere near the foul pole. If it hit the foul pole it would have been an HR. It his the top of the fence at least 30 feet fair.

Yeah I know he didn't pitch two games yesterday.
But now that you mention it, in his last 8 starts he has a 2.57 ERA .564 OPS against, 46Ks and only 8 walks in in 42 innings. That's dominant.
I see it as 'strong', not dominant - at least at this point of the season. 'Dominance' to me manifests over a longer period of time - a full season at least. He keeps that up by September, I'll alter my tune.

It was a much needed timely hit, but I really didn't like that he stood at home plate for several seconds admiring it like it was going to be 20 rows back in the seats or something. Shed just seems to be all about appearances. Not a fan.
I'm not a fan of that either. In Sheds case it looked like he was seeing if it's fair or foul since it hit 30 feet up the foul pole.
It didn't hit the foul pole. It hit the top of the fence.
