I can just hear Jerry. We’ve had some bad luck with our pen but we will be fine with Brash and Santos back. Plus I Don’t see us having another year with all our studs having off years.

It’s one thing to have a bad offense but then they have to have one of the absolute worst bullpens who can NEVER hold a tie or lead.
They showed a graphic under Dan the BP had 1.95 ERA under Dan. So, not technically right, But emotionally so. The A's have 4 decent to great players on offense: Bleday, and Butler are good. Shea is decent came in with 23 HR and a 106 OPS+, and Rooker is great. Other than that nothing other than Mason Miller. But they are playing well and we have a team of Garvers.

Haven't won a 3+ game road series (not including White Sox) since June 6 @ Oakland

Are they getting drunk every night on the road??

And the thing is we played about = as them vs the .500 + teams. See sweeping the Mets when they were the hottest team in baseball. It was losing 6 in a row vs LAA and 8/9, 2/3 lost to Mia, 2/3 lost to TB, 2/3 lost to TOR, losing 5/6 to Detroit, losing 2/3 to Pit, and here we go the Dan Bump lasted about as long as the Randy Bump 3 1 run losses in a row to shit teams and basically flush the season down the swirly like the turd it is.

And Julio
.320 .419 .560 last 7 games .979 OPS
Last 30: .301 .392 .495 .887 OPS

Why didn't he do that all year?

Ty France 4-4 today with a double.

.284/.346/.453/.799 with Cincinnati. The players for Seattle aren’t all crap, the management is.

Ty France was brought in by that same management and under them he was a 125 - 130 OPS+ guy for a couple of years before injuries and being "Safe KO'd"

Why did he get worse for the mariners and struggled so much this year though, only to figure it out quickly when leaving? He was good for a year and a half, then struggled the second half (probably injuries ). Why couldn’t he figure it out for the last year and a half?
