Too late. There is 22 games left they are 3.5 game back of Houston and 4.5 and 5 behind the other 2 WC teams. They may be the last WC which means no home games. They have to go on the road where they are hapless. They just came out flat listless when they could not afford to flop.

I don't know what's crazier, that we can't catch the Asstros despite them not playing well, or other teams not being able to catch us despite us not playing well. We're fortunate that the AL sucks this year, too bad it wasn't like this in any of the ten years since 2001 where we won 85-93 games and came up short.

Look at the lineup.

How the freakin HELL is Mitch Garver in the game over Ford????????????

Now I know Jerry and his pissants are sabotaging the team.

Let the rookie play for Christ sake.

Maybe just maybe he can spark some energy into these deadweights.

You gotta be able to win on the road. If you can't win on the road, then you don't get HFA in the post season. At some point you gotta win on the road. The Ms did in Toronto. If they were actually playing good baseball going into the post season then a pulling out road wins would be possible. The toughest really is that first one where it's 3 games in the other teams park. That part really doesn't seem fair it should be a 1-2 with the first game at one park and the second 2 at the next park but fairness takes a backseat to not making the bye teams wait forever.

Dont want Ford to start his career against a cy young especially with Sales stuff. This game feels like a 6-1 loss. Dont see how this lineup can do anything against Sales lethal stuff!!!

Yeah that is more important than winning the fucking game. Do you remember Cal's MLB debut? I don't either and nobody does or cares about it than him and his family. Win the damn game going with your best lineup.
