1:10 P.M. Start. George Kirby will be George Kirby at his best, clipping Angel's wings, grounding them and grinding them down to a lower realm.
35 y.o. RHP Kyle Hendricks signed as a FA with LA last November after 11 seasons with the N.L. Cubs.
Looking at 4 Mariner long balls on Sunday. Cal will be hitting one of them.
Whaddya think, Young or Rivas at 2nd base?
I would love to see Ford catch Kirby on Sunday and DH Cal. See if Dan is listening to me...
This is game # 150 on the season.

I'd like to see Eugenio break out today. Since his 2 homerun game seven games ago, Suarez is 0-22, with 4 BB's and 9 K's. Geno's got to step up and contribute.
With Arizona he had an .897 OPS, 3rd highest of his career. One he came on board with Seattle, his OPS is .653, lowest since his rookie year in 2014, when it was .652. Come on, Dude, please step up.

His glove's been great, but so was Williamson's. Ben has stepped up down in Tacoma, with an .872 OPS (but here in Seattle, it was a paltry .604).
I'm not suggesting bringing BW up but am I am imploring ES to get his bat unstuck from his ass and stop being a black hole in the lineup.

Kind of a good sign that Geno went cold and the Ms still won all the games.

Geno's current run is 0-22

Aug: Avg .186 / OPS .661 / 6 HR
Sep: Avg .149 / OPS .628 / 3 HR

Since Signing: Avg.176 / OPS.653 / 9 HR / 0.0 WAR

Underwhelming is an understatement. If these stats were Dylan Moore we'd be tearing him a new one.

Time for him to step up, he's going backwards at a rate of knots at the moment.

Come on Geno.

Same thing happened right after the trade deadline.

Suarez was money in the post season vs Toronto and Houston.
