I know that who I root for matters and will definitely affect the outcome, so I'm rooting for the Yankees.

Why? Because if the Saturday game is at 1, I'll miss most of it due to prior commitments and if it's at 5 I'll be able to watch the whole thing.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Haha, I kind of feel the same way. And I guess I should just settle for watching the early game on my phone instead of on my TV, since I sure don't want to have to play the Yankees later on when we advance!

Thanks Mike! Ironic that you know the difference between Daylight and Standard time in US. I have received of emails from HUNDREDS of clients and colleagues of the years that provided PST during Daylight Savings time and vice versa. I guess that it helps that you guys have it as well.

I don't even know what that means. A Prior commitment that might make me miss the 6th playoff game since the Twin Towers were still smoldering???

I will be happy either way. I hate the Yankees and our fans but if they win I can be drinking at normal cocktail hour instead of day drinking. lol

San Diego trailing early on in Chicago - they are the only NL team left over whom we hold a better record. So it could be tonight we say goodbye to home field advantage for Games 6 and 7 of the World Series

So if SD are beaten, these are the only possible World Series games that could be played in Seattle.
Mon 27 Oct - Game 3
Tue 28 Oct - Game 4
Wed 29 Oct - Game 5*

Now I will slap myself in the face and wake up from my dream.

I was dreaming that we play the padres in the World Series. I would definitely go to San Diego for one of the games instead of the shithole in downtown seattle
