I have the exact same pet peeve. If I allowed myself, I could be a nitpicker extraordinaire!
My wife gets so annoyed when she asks me to proof read something...because I do. Instead of finding 2 mistakes, I find 22
IRRegardless, it was funny. I encourage all of my customers (tenants) to flip shit at me because I do and I usually start it.

It is actually important in the Mountain time zone because AZ doesn't do Daylight savings time. So a company in Denver setting up a meeting with a company in Phoenix needs to be accurate during the spring and summer....
