Sigh. Luis, Luis, Luis.
After 57 seasons at the Oakland Coliseum, the Athletics have a new home in 2025 and 2026.
The franchise moved to Sutter Health Park in Sacramento, Calif. as it awaits a new stadium in Las Vegas, where it plans to relocate by the start of the 2028 season.
Luis, Luis, Luis.

There's good news for this game.
I will be at the game tomorrow. I've just checked into a hotel that's about a 10 minute walk to the park.
Why is this good news? The Mariners win about 85ish percent of away games that I attend. So... No guarantees, but I do tend to bring good luck.

Bring the Mariner love, brother! Make it happen!

So is Miller still in the rotation?

They've flipped their roles
Manager Dan Wilson said Sunday that Luis Castillo will draw the start on Monday in Sacramento, as the Mariners open a series against the A’s. Bryce Miller will work behind Castillo in the piggyback role

Oakland going with a journeyman who's on a roll. M's: 5-7 hits and may hit 2 homers off him. Another piggy packer game, Luis designated to spot the A's a 2-3 run lead. A's will not respect him, he's their best chance for getting to us.
Listen for vuvuzelas. They have been blowing them at A's games forever.

This might actually work better - every Mariner fan who watched still has nightmares from the memory of watching Castillo walk out in the 9th inning last week, or whenever it was.

Yeah, you're probably right. Castillo more of an opener.
