If we lose today I think that might be it for the boss. When they binned Servais off 2 years ago, he didn't come out for the press conferences and then the news came out shortly after if I remember correctly. That's an indicator to look out for after the game.
The bottom of the line up with Woodrow WIlson and Bobby Kennedy at 8 and 9 is telling me that he already knows. They've been dead nearly as long as this team.
Anyway - I would say in advance "Thanks for last year, Dan" and you lot will remember his time behind the plate. But enough is enough if we don't win today. That line up is telling me we won't.

AT Fresno (2-1) has moved into the lead in the game thread contest after rockycola picked up a 4th consecutive loss to drop to 15-8.

The thing is though that Dan has a special status in the organization having played more than a decade as a Mariner player and then continuing as a part time coach and in the broadcast booth. So I don't see him getting fired abruptly in season. But obviously I could be wrong about that.

They won't fire Dan this season. Zero chance imo.

Last game before the all-star break if it ends in defeat, is a perfect time for the FO to think about it. He's definitely skating on thin ice with them. Other thing in his favour is the question of who to put in charge if they do bin him? I don't see them approaching someone in advance.
I think its either today, or they stick with him until the end of the season come hell or high water.
I wouldn't say zero chance D-T. 10% to 20% chance maybe.

Well honestly doesent matter what lineup u put out there. None of these guys can hit. Can they surprise today end 1st half on a high note please
