Dan Brouthers.
Played His entire career in the 1800's apart from a short attempted comeback in 1904 at the age of 46.
He once held the career Home Run Record and was the Career Leader in Slugging Percentage until He was passed by Babe Ruth. He won 5 batting Titles. Led in Slugging Percentage 7 times and OPS 8 times. He is 9th all time in Batting Average and he is 7th all time in OPS+ behind Ruth, Williams, Bonds, Gehrig, Hornsby and Mantle.

When he was 19 he literally Killed a catcher when he ran him over at home plate. Also He looked like one tough son of a gun.

Almost 80 WAR. Check out his fielding metrics. All over the map. I am sure they are TOTALLY accurate though. Are they based on old newspaper micro fiche accounts of his games or what????
