Could we actually have a fun team to watch next season

Maybe we should have called him up instead of trading for Taylor Ward. At the very least we should have called him up instead of that Stuart Fairchild. For all the good that scrub is going to do we might as well have called up Morgan Fairchild.

To me that's farsighted. Risking a playoff spot because of something five years from now. I don't think they believe this team will secure a postseason slot either way so why burn an option on the player?
