They need to put Cal at 7th in the order and let him hide for awhile until he figures it out. He's got the Chuck Knoblauch's but the hitting variety. Zero confidence this season.

Let him focus on being a catcher, not a middle of the order bat.

They keep bumping their players up a notch and adding at the bottom of the roster instead of the top. Cal had 60 homeruns and still didn't have a very good OPS.

He should be a 5/6 batter, not a 3/4 batter imo. But they keep elevating pretty much every player into a role over their heads instead of pushing everyone down by adding at the top of the roster instead of the bottom.

Because they're cheap.
