The hitting sucks, the defense sucks, the starting pitching sucks, the relief pitching sucks, the manager sucks, the front office sucks, and ownership sucks. Even though we've had 100-loss teams, those teams usually had one thing they were good at, for example the 101-loss team from 2010 had good starting pitching with Felix, Cliff Lee, and Jason Vargas. The last time the Mariners spent at least half a season being bad at everything, their hats had tridents on them.

Sad news to report. I just got a text from Seth's grandma. He has passed away after a freak snow boarding accident in New Zealand. Rest in Peace.
