How did he even get promoted to AAA with a career. OPS in the minors below .700? Was he an emergency fill-in for the guy Dipoto gave away to the Redsox?

Doing it without any homeruns, very Mariner-y.

What this needs to show is when we look at the numbers for guys like Shed Long, JP Crawford, (Mallex Smith), is that PCL numbers aren't going to mean much right now.

Are those ridiculous ERA's across the whole level still playing out?

Curletta was attempted to be snuck thru DFA/waivers - Didn't work, he was claimed. Left a hole at 1B in Tacoma. Nobody ready to be promoted.

He has improved each season:
2017 .217 .282 .321 .603 OPS
2018 .248 .378 .448 .826 OPS
2019 .364 .440 .545 .985 OPS

I admit the DSL to AAA jump is a bit much. Maybe they were just trying to get a little jump on short A season for him.

What is going on with Austin NOLA? He's tearing it up this year!
