Damn, early lineup. Usually not out until after 3pm.

From an ESPN AS prediction piece.
DH -- Dan Vogelbach, Mariners (.243/.371/.550, 15 HR, 32 RBI). This is where things get dicey for the AL because Vogelbach isn't going to win the fan vote, and he isn't a lock to get elected here by the players. That would leave the Mariners without an All-Star, and they don't really have another good candidate. (Edwin Encarnacion has some home runs, but a lot of players have home runs, and Mitch Haniger hasn't been as good as he was last season.)

Vogelbach is very representative of our team..... each player has some kind of an asset and some incredible flaw.....Trade our leadoff hitter to the Angels for Pujols and we will once again field the slowest running team in history....

What is the deal with this opener for the Angels not giving up 3 runs in the 1st?

Yea! M's led by Scott "dumb as a stump" Servais face off against the Angels.... Kikuchi has lost twice in two outings against the Angels.... been battered like a pinata... he has discarded the hesitation with the leg kick...

So, Strike 3 at the knees isn't called and it costs the M's 2 runs off a broken bat blooper... Electronic strike zones, please save us from these idiot umps.

I know he loses races to upside down turtles but how does Pujols even get a double then score from second on a single?

Are the M's outfielders lollygagging?
