The reason I bring this up is in the article DT linked about our "blossoming Ace" it talked about how Gilbert dominated by going inside with the fastball and slider. It mentioned that Kik and Justus "nibbled" around the corners and Yankees just leaned out over the plate and smashed. I have heard time and time again that you have to work both sides of the plate or they will adjust and smash. You also have to "back em off the plate" from time to time to "keep em honest". It was great to see Logan displaying that tactical proficiency today. Voit was the one hit by Gilbert BTW. and Gravy hit Le"mama"
