I don't think you can do August waiver claims anymore with major league players. I know you can't do the waiver claim trades where a player is floated out there on waivers and then can be traded after every team passes on him. I know for sure that process isn't allowed anymore.

What about what I said made you think I don't agree? Because I said his lawyers will manipulate that text, put her on trial and she either won't want to go through it or won't have the money means I think he gets off because he is right? My understanding is you can't ask for prospects back, but if rhe players team wants to let the claiming team have that player by taking over the contract, that is what is still allowed.

The Dodgers have a high chance of trying to float that $75M if they don't want him back anyways. Nobody will trade for him.

As good as he is, is having a completely unlikable player on your favorite team worth it? One would hope not. Pass on him even if he cost 20 million.
