Good morning West Coast!
Another day in the lion's den.
Be nice to escape with a win.
Will KK be able to handle the "heat" of Yankee?
We'll find out.
Looking ahead at the schedule...wow last week of September setting up nicely for us.
Two critical series vs. Oakland which I predict will determine post season play for our beloved Mariners.
We will definitely have our chances.
Need some winning streaks now vs. Texas and the Bluebirds

I can't take this team seriously as long as Bowers is on the roster

Appreciate your optimism concerning the last week vs. Oakland determining a playoff spot. I wish I shared that optimism.seattlefan-daBronx wrote: ↑Sun Aug 08, 2021 4:10 pmGood morning West Coast!

Enjoy the game today
20 years! Soon to be 21 and still counting. The laughingstock of North American pro sports.

Crawford out again and Mitch at d h meaning Bauers instead of torrens in a must-win game.

When I want to watch good baseball, I often watch the Giants. Yesterday they won their 70th game of the season against the central leading Milwaukee team. They needed three runs in the 10th to tie and scored 4 runs in the 11th frame to win it. The Giants aren't supposed to win the NL West, not even supposed to come in second, but there they are with the best record in baseball, with a bunch of B+ players who really put up tough ABs. The Giants have won the most WS titles in the last 15 years and maybe they'll win another one this year. Just a well run stable franchise. Something we haven't had in Seattle since Gillick and Pinella left. check out this box score: the top of the lineup is what gets the job done....https://www.mlb.com/gameday/giants-vs-b ... ame=632983
