Given the lockout first and foremost, and the quality of the player, I'd have to say Cleveland has the most team friendly contract in MLB with Ramirez, hence he's expensive to acquire, maybe untradeable from the Guardians point of view. Perhaps the same for Reynolds and Olson. If anything on the CBA cracks, I suspect that Dipoto will go for B players with free agency contracts to fill out his roster and leave his options open.
