Frazier from SD for Kerr
Re: Frazier from SD for Kerr
Shit, are the M's moving in on Gausman? I was/am an advocate for Gausman. He, Rodon or Gray are my FA starters to target. Otherwise Bassit or Manaea on the trade market.

you don't want him if it means Dipoto stops looking at the likes of Semien, Correa, Seager and StorySeattleSportsRUs wrote: ↑Sat Nov 27, 2021 10:51 pmYeah why wouldn't we want a 4-WAR 2B for virtually nothing in compensation?
That said, if you listen to the podcast, you'll know that I don't think it precludes anything.

What about the many quotes indicating that's not the case?
Re: Frazier from SD for Kerr
Because he is not a 4 WAR/year player he is the player San Diego got not the one in the first 98 games running a .360 BABIP. When he was in San Diego he ran a .299 BABIP and had an 86 OPS+. In 6 years he has 11.5 WAR take away BABIP 2021 and he is 5 for 7.5 a 1.5 WAR guy. He is not elevating the M's Toro and Moore were 0.9 WAR players bumping up to 1.5 doesn't give me a stiffy but is that does it for you by all means.SeattleSportsRUs wrote: ↑Sat Nov 27, 2021 10:51 pmYeah why wouldn't we want a 4-WAR 2B for virtually nothing in compensation?

He's coming off a 4-WAR season. I don't care how he does or did it.Pharmabro wrote: ↑Sat Nov 27, 2021 11:00 pmBecause he is not a 4 WAR/year player he is the player San Diego got not the one in the first 98 games running a .360 BABIP. in SD he didn't receive consistent playing time, was bumped down in the order and there was all kinds of dysfunction in SD. That affects players the same way harmony helps them.
