The background was that I decided that wherever the Mariners were playing on that day I'd come over and catch the game. That could have been an extremely poor idea if we'd been in say Baltimore, right?

Baltimore is an awesome place to watch a game and the stadium is just a couple blocks from the inner harbor which is a nice place to visit. I've been to Yankee Stadium, Nationals Park, Pittsburgh, Comiskey, Oakland, LA, Anaheim, and T-mobile and I think that Baltimore is a better game day experience than all of those.

I guess you've done this deliberately to avoid the big European soccer final that starts at 3 (Glasgow Rangers v Eintracht Frankfurt)? Don't worry you can still catch the second half if it's on in the bar.
