George Kirby won't get the love he deserves due to being overshadowed by Julio, but he should absolutely be in the ROY conversations. Joe Ryan getting a ton of love, has an ERA just 0.12 points better.

Similar innings and Kirby has 11 walks less at 5 to 16

Kelenic 3-6 with a HR, double and just 1 K.

O'Keefe 2-5. I'm ready for him to come up to help DH, take away AB from Upton.
I like it!

Trammell with an .898 OPS. He needs to be the every day RF. Let him take his lumps against lefties. He'll be able to hit them with time.
I like a DMo/Trammell platoon. Let's let Trammel get feeling comfortable in the bigs, then next off season work on hitting lefties.

Similar K rate, slightly higher WHIP for Kirby.

As long as it's not Toro hitting for him, that's what I worry the alternative is though.

If Toro can get back to hitting like he was in Spring Training, all will be forgiven.

And if Jerry Dipoto was the 2nd coming of Branch Rickey, we wouldn't be here to begin with. We would have had a back up plan for injuries or bad play.

Not shocking that a non pitcher shuts down the Mariner offense on 7 pitches...will probably be the beginning g of 37 straight scoreless innings

Hey Mike! Yeah I hate that. The whole reason you put up big numbers is to tear up the other teams bullpen.
It cheapens the game imho.

Extra innings. No pitchers left I get that.
