Cal Raleigh has a .834 OPS over his last 30 games.

Over his last 15 games, he has a 9/8 K:BB ratio w. a .949 OPS.

It's a bummer that he had such a bad start cause he'd be an All-Star with even a slightly below-average start to the season. Good on you Cal.

Taylor Trammell also checks in with a .893 OPS over his past 30 games

Winker is also slowly climbing out of his hole... over the last 28 games he has a .793 OPS, 1.002 OPS over his last 14.

This is the lineup they should have done for a long time. It's clear that JP is not sited for the middle of the order, and I actually love Julio's sites behind ty France. Last night was a perfect example. France gets on, Julio might ground out, but it's so tough to double him up, then steals and scores on a single. Winker is coming around, and he gets on base. Just move Raleigh up to 7, and maybe Moore or even Toro (against righties) over Upton.
The poster formerly known as Kingfelixk. With a new forum comes a new boardname. Julio is my guy, plus we share a birthday, so that's Culiooooo

I agree and personally would rather see Upton as a DFA

God I hate the catcher platoon.

Raleigh is hot, why sit him? Specially against a tough righty.

I cannot wait for Murphy to be back so we can send Torrens to rookie ball.

And if Cal is too tired to catch DH him instead of Toro! Keep Geno at 3B! Drives me insane. Cal's very namesake played 2632 games in a row and the don't think these guys can even play 2 in a row. It is insanity.

Bro, Scott actively tries to lose every 3rd game. Servais is so obsessed with resting his players... THEY NEED TO KEEP THE MOMENTUM UP.

But think about how rested they will be when they go vacation the first week of October to lay on the beach in Hawaii.

SoB has a good point. Servais does seem to let off the gas once the series win has been established rather than going for the throat like a winner would do.
