Yep. I guess the only reason is hoping they throw a garbage pitch in the dirt ahead of the count. Frazier has a career high of 10 SB, no more than 5 the last 3 years and is on the wrong side of 30.D-train wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 12:24 amEspecially given the fact that Cal has 26 hits on the season in 150 PAs. Only 10 of them are singles so even if he is safe at second, there is only 7% it matters. Just ridiculous to steal in that situation. Much better odds that he hits a double or HR than a single.

JK not in the Tacoma lineup. I'd probably call him up.

One of my all time favorites. I'm pretty sure DT brought that one to my attention. Either him or my boy Jason.DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 12:23 amToo bad we only lost 2-1, I would have liked to see us drill Trout and Ohtani and turn this game into something the infamous Braves/Padres brawl in the '80s. Anybody else remember watching that one on the old Superstation?

Re: DARE I SAY....DOUBLE SWEEP?!
Agreed. I had to do a double take to see who that was running. Now if it was Julio or Moore, I would've been ok with it, even if they had both been called out. But Frazier?!D-train wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 12:24 amEspecially given the fact that Cal has 26 hits on the season in 150 PAs. I love Jesse Winker. He's such an easy guy to cheer for imo.

Wow, i thought Winker was supposed to be a wholesome "nice-guy" with milquetoast accents that would raise the clubhouse fun factor by several degrees. What happened?

You don't think that was fun for the players?Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 1:49 amWow, i thought Winker was supposed to be a wholesome "nice-guy" with milquetoast accents that would raise the clubhouse fun factor by several degrees. What happened?

Well shoot, probably was. Not sure Scott enjoyed it much though.
