In the entire 151 year History of Major League Baseball there has never been an outfielder with 450 PA that had a lower average than Kelenic.

That's a stupid data point.

I would like to see the worst starts in first 500 PAs and see if anyone in the top 100 worst starts ever recovered to be average. I am sure Elias or stats could easily do it but my Kray super computer is on the fritz.

I think you did that earlier this year, and from what we saw on that list, there wasn't even one decent player. And as Captain just posted, JK now has the worst batting average of anyone ever with at least 450 plate appearances. It's over, and it's been over.

I think JK is going to be a productive MLB player at some point. Unfortunately, it's looking l less and less likely that's going to be with the Ms. This season is probably his last chance.

I don't think I could see that with a Hubble telescope.

This is why you and GL should never be GMs. You guys are beating a horse that's only dead, but fossilized.

I could see it going something like Ackley. After we trade him he has on final coming back from the dead moment like creature in a horror flick and all his fans say, "see we shouldn't have traded him! and then he dies off for good and the lame movie is finally over.

He was rushed like crazy. He's only 23. He'll figure it out to some degree at the MLB level. Probably needs a change of scenery.
