Sammy Hagar
Sammy Hagar
He now has higher WAR than both Frazier and Winker despite ~1/4 the PAs. He is only 0.5 behind JP. Dude's killing it. Proof that Journeymen can break out on occasion:

Is it too soon to dream on him becoming an all star!
Easy guy to root for and be excited about.

Re: Sammy Hagar
Very reminiscent of Nola a few years ago. Maybe we can trade him for a future All Star and Dominant reliever to the Padres
The poster formerly known as Kingfelixk. With a new forum comes a new boardname. Julio is my guy, plus we share a birthday, so that's Culiooooo

Trade him for Ketel Marte straight up in the offseason.
Re: Sammy Hagar
No!!!!! Great comparison and uncanny how similar the slash lines are though Sam has been even better.
Sam: 103 PAs .323/.369/.542/.911 1.4 WAR
Nola: 110 PAs .306/.373/.531/.903 0.9 WAR

JK falls flat on his face. White falls flat on his face. Haggerty excels. Don't ask me how baseball works.
Re: Sammy Hagar
Was thinking about that. 4 of the top 7 key pieces of the rebuild all fail and we are still in pretty good position. 0 fer two on the trades and 2 for 4 on the 1st round picks and one for one on Choosing the Chosen one.
1. Julio Win
2. JK Epic Fail
3. Lewis Injury Fail
4. Gilbert Win
5. White Injury And Epic Fail
6. Kirby Win
7. Sheffield Fail

A friend of mine is literally Sammy Hagar's agent. The musician. He's got stories - and a lot of free tequila. No idea who SH the ball player is.

Well if your looking at things historically, That's actually a pretty good percentage. If you can get 42% of your upper tier prospects to come through and be quality big leaguers you are doing pretty well. The Last crop all we really got was Seager.D-train wrote: ↑Thu Aug 11, 2022 5:41 pmWas thinking about that. 4 of the top 7 key pieces of the rebuild all fail and we are still in pretty good position. 0 fer two on the trades and 2 for 4 on the 1st round picks and one for one on Choosing the Chosen one.

1. Ackley Fail

3. Hultzen Fail
4. Zunino below average player
5. Paxton Injury Fail
6. Walker below average player
7. Seager win.
8. Smoak below average player
If either Ackley or Montero had been what they were projected to be and if Paxton could have stayed healthy and been an ace they would have been in the Playoffs years ago.

He was just at the Dealers auto auction with his band. One of my favourite rockers. It took a moment to figure out it was Hagarty …..I’m like we signed Sammy Hagar sweeeeet
