I looked at payson. Nice area too cold. I got a realtor and looking in Wickenburg for a small rancher for Oct thru March. Gonna be a snow bird

That’s cold although you can get a nicer house for the money in Payson

Here is Payson proper. Absolutely perfect weather imo. We will check out Wickenberg too. We are coming in early and maybe can head up there together?

Shannon thankful Jerry is too smart to sign a guy with an .862 OPS because it will cost the owners too much money. This mentality is so fucked up.
