It's interesting that agent Scott Boras has nearly cornered the market on second-tier, lefthand-hitting outfielders in Michael Conforto, Cody Bellinger and Joey Gallo.

That could be a waivable conflict of interest if Boras were hired as their attorney but Boras presumably was hired as their agent, not as their attorney. Still, the players could be uncomfortable with the representation.

What details are included in a player's contract with the Scott Boras agency?

The MLBPA Regulations Governing Player Agents addressed conflict of interests on Page 34:

The conflict rules address the agent's relationships with Major League Baseball, not the agent's representation of multiple clients with potentially conflicting interests.
