It's interesting that agent Scott Boras has nearly cornered the market on second-tier, lefthand-hitting outfielders in Michael Conforto, Cody Bellinger and Joey Gallo.
That could be a waivable conflict of interest if Boras were hired as their attorney but Boras presumably was hired as their agent, not as their attorney. Still, the players could be uncomfortable with the representation.
What details are included in a player's contract with the Scott Boras agency?
The MLBPA Regulations Governing Player Agents addressed conflict of interests on Page 34:

The conflict rules address the agent's relationships with Major League Baseball, not the agent's representation of multiple clients with potentially conflicting interests.

Jesuit schools on the West Coast had some good football teams in the years following World War II. The 1951 University of San Francisco Dons were inspiring:AZOldDawg wrote: ↑Mon Nov 28, 2022 3:40 pmFYI: My Dad was Gonzaga's starting QB and played in the East/West gameD-train wrote: ↑Mon Nov 28, 2022 12:39 pm[tweet]https://mobile.twitter.com/DarrenTrain/ ... 4306911234[/tweet]
