OT Arthur will be crossing the Rainbow bridge this afternoon

Please think about him today...

I picked him out of a card board box at a back yard breeder in South Everett in April 2006. He almost made it to his 17th birthday on Feb 6th but not quite.

I am sorry to hear this.

I rescued a German short-haired pointer in 2006. She was a handful as pointers often are, but she got me through some tough times - a rocky divorce, several moves and new jobs, as well as being there for all of the highlights as well. I had to have her put down last summer, and I remember the profound sadness even knowing that it was the right thing to do.

I kept telling myself that she was "just" a dog, but as any dogowner knows, they're much more than that. I am sorry for your loss, DT.

PS - also OT, but I was living in south Everett in 2006. Small world.

Thanks brother much appreciated. I have never had two legged kids so I think of him as my son. By my side all day every day other than when I was out of town so prob about 340 days a year for almost 17 years....It is going to be brutal.
