I know it was amazing. I wish you guys could have seen Buckeye it is incredible!!
I'm sure you realize this by now but it's not only a good spot to land but a possible stream of disposible income as well if done correctly.
Which reminds me....did you leave a review of that place online?
You can come down and retire in TX any time brother! We had a Copperhead brought into the ER last night! Snake bite! 🐍
Oh wow. What did you do for that? an extra large tetanus shot?!?!
AND I'm definitely checking out the great state of Texas also.
We have to talk offline about that speech yesterday in your state.
They inserted a few interesting things in there if you were listening.
Not the usual rhetoric. Crazy times Obiwan.

No but he was pissed because we didn't read and study the check out instructions and we left the front door open. Lynda and him got into it via text like cats and dogs. LOL
OMG. That guy had terrible customer service skills. I would absolutely "spoil" my guests. They would be begging to come back and stay because of the ass-kissing. Not too smart on his part. Bye the way the doors were open all freaking weekend and there is nothing to steal in that house anyways.
That is safest neighborhood I've seen in years.

Odor rips off a stinker to end the game in a tie.

Fitting since both clubs share the joint. :D

I know. It was probably open maybe and hour or two from 10am to noon. Odds of a break in, in that neighborhood at that time was probably a billion to one. We NEVER lock our doors here.

Absolutely! Just message me. Fort Worth TX and it's suburbs are a great "Family" metropolitan area. We don't want it to change and turn into Dallas. The Lib politicians are trying to like crazy though. Thankfully we don't have very many of those.

We just create an anti-venom and monitor the patient over night to make sure that they don't go into cardiac arrest or that their are any complications. It wasn't the first animal that wasn't a dog, that I've seen in ER, but it was my 1ST snake!! Good times!
