Through 48 games, the pace on Fangraph's WAR is given below for some of the players.

JK, 152 wRC+, 5.1 projected fWAR
Cal, 110, 4.1
JP, 113, 3.7
JRod, 94, 3.4
JC, 130, 3.0
Geno, 96, 3.0
France, 109, 1.7
Teo, 89, 1.0
TT, 102, 0.3

That's why I pointed out before, they are not short a DH, they are short an outfielder

Exactly and they don't need him to be and OFer. They would still have 5 and Moore is coming back too.

Maybe, but Cabby hasn't topped 320 PA in any year of his 6 minor league seasons. He's fallen down to 0.9 WAR and Fangraphs is predicting 0.6 fWAR more for the rest of the season (the highest prediction is 0.8 fWAR).
