Yes. And they went from 57% chance to playoffs before game #2 of Astros series to 64%.
They are also already above last years team in production : 105 OPS+ offense and a 111 ERA+ defense.
Last year was a 105 OPS+ and a 104 ERA+.

They are 30 and 13 from July 1st to today. That is fractions under a 70% win percentage.
