So I would like to lock in the Guest list. There are Four Bedrooms and it sleeps 12. Please confirm or deny your attendance.

Looking forward to it. Some of the best Mariner moments have been spent on this annual get together and thanks to Darren and Linda we get to do it all over again. We get there on the 14th and stay in Wickenburg

Sleeping accommodations include 3 bedrooms on the upper level and one bedroom and full bath on the main level. The king primary suite with a balcony overlooking the beautiful backyard and pool area and breathtaking mountain and lake views has its own full bath with shower and soaking tub. Sharing a full bath are a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with one queen bed and one full double bed. For those who prefer main floor sleeping arrangements, a queen bedroom and full bath are also located on the main level. The fifth bed is the (new) Living Room Queen Sofa Sleeper. All bedrooms include flat panel televisions.

Your vacation home has easy access to the State Farm Cardinal Stadium, Waste Management Golf Open, Peoria Sports Complex, Westgate, Lake Pleasant Marina and Scottsdale. Both beginner and experienced hiking trails, state-of-the-art water park and multiple scenic golf courses are also within minutes of your front door. You will feel like you are secluded in your own private lake and mountain enclave, when in fact you are only minutes away from everything you could possibly want to do!

For those evenings you just want to relax at home, enjoy a well-equipped game room with pool table and flat screen tv to watch your favorite sporting event. Or if a movie is more your preference for the night, a flat panel HDTV mounted above the fireplace in the family room is the perfect place for friends and family to gather and unwind. And no day is complete without a leisurely cruise on your own private pontoon boat at sunset...conveniently docked out your back door. I might be down in Arizona and stop by. We have the week off for spring break, and are thinking we will go to Arizona. Not sure when and where though. Are you guys golfing there?
