Yay, I'm not going to have my fifth missed GT of the season! Well, unless we go on a winning streak, then I'll probably blow it. To me it's a handicap so as far as I'm concerned I'm 9-5 and in second place behind Sexy. If I win, someone else just gets the money.
Speaking of winning streaks, maybe we'll go on one now that we've got some favorable matches at home against the Giants and Rays, and then we owe the Angels big-time.
Still, changing managers won't do anything and it's up to the players to start actually trying to be major league hitters.
Pitching matchup will be Luis Castillo vs. some guy named Hayden Birdsong who has an ERA of 5.01 and a WHIP of 1.38 so we'll probably make him look like Otis Birdsong for you old-school basketball fans.
Anyway, let's go out there, knock these bums down, and fart on their heads.

Great thread title. Basically we need to sweep the Astros AND pick up two games before we play them. Not impossible and what a dream world outcome that would be. Wilson would be a hero for life.

Im thinking, they had to have told SS he was canned before the game started dont you think? There had to have been a meeting and all that. So what could you do in a game if you know you are canned?
