These guys are great at T-Mobile (so is every pitcher we face), but we have a pretty average staff overall imo. They're a mirage created by T-Mobile.

Here's an update for the 2025 season. The T-Mobile Mirage becomes even more apparent. We have nowhere near the best rotation in baseball. We have Bryan Woo and some guys that look good in T-Mobile, like every other pitcher does.

Just don't let any of the local sports radio personalities and sports-writers know about that or it could cause them to become severely depressed or have a psychotic break.

I'm thinking that Gilbert is at least 100th in home games thus far in 2026. Heaven help him when we go out on the road.

I guess as long as the hitters can improve as much as our pitchers devolve on the road it's not too bad of a thing. And Woo apparently doesn't give a shit where he pitches.

I've brought this up before but I think this pitching staff very broadly relies way too much on fastballs. You see the issue with all of these guys, usually in the sixth and seventh innings - that magical 3rd time through the order when the pitcher is getting tired and the hitters are getting more dialed in on the starter's pitch shapes, velocity, and delivery.
