Cal Raleigh wins Platinum Glove

Only the 3rd Catcher ever, I thought that was more impressive but the award has only been around since 2011

very well deserved ..
Near the end of the year, they had him as the leader in CS. The framing, arm, and the ability to hit bombs make him valuable.

And they will reduce his value with robo umps if they eliminate framing. Interesting that the actual players are against doing that. Baseball players generally view pitch framing as a valuable skill that should remain a part of the game.

I think the Umpire Union has effectively blocked it. Would have happened by now. Remember Mather thought it would happen within a year during his infamous "Speech"

Umpires union? I've never heard anything at all about the union
