Sheffield is due to pitch a good, solid game this time out, not that anybody will be watching.
Meanwhile, in Pittsburgh the Seahawks plan on crapping on the Steeler's day.

ShRed aLong starting a 2 out rally that dies again. He hit a leadoff single the other day and advanced but watched as the MotO crumpled. Then homered in his next AB, deciding he'd better get the RBI if nobody else will.

I know very few people will agree with me but I think we have to accept Sheffield will be like this....I don't think what ails him is fixable and it will make him no more than a back end of the rotation pitcher. But again like my Trade Vogelbach thread in June it's just my opinion.
