Kancey isn't built like a shit brick house like Donald is/was. Doesn't have near the anchor. Also doesn't have the generational stats to back up the comp.

To me, you either draft Anderson or Carter at 5... trade back from 20 to the mid 20's for a late 3rd... take your pick of a nice DT/Edge/CB/WR at your mid 20 pick, early 2nd, late 2nd. Lets say they trade w. the Giants get 25 and late 3 (89).

If Carter:

5. Jalen Carter DT
25. Nolan Smith EDGE
37. Kelee Ringo CB
52. Josh Downs WR

If Anderson:

5. Will Anderson EDGE
25. Jaxson Smith Njigba WR
37. Kelee Ringo CB
52. Mazi Smith DT
I like these a lot. Not sold on Ringo - I watched him several times and he got beat a lot - but everything else I'm totally down with. I'm OK with Ringo, but I'd replace him with JMS at 37. Shoring up the O-line should be a priority, IMO.
Nolan Smith will be long gone at 20 let alone 25.

Pretty hard to win without a solid DL. No sacks and no QB pressures. This team has a weak DL. Odd selections. Cute though, our crew knows more than other teams.

Know more than other teams? They both were picked well within where they were expected to go, they weren't reaches

Hey, at least I offered him when creating the poll.

And it goes to show how wrong people where about Carter. He slide considerably due to his high risk.

I wanted nothing to do with Carter, but he sure ended up in the best spot for him. I had him going to Philly, just didn't have them trading up one spot to do it.
