They are definitely slow to evolve. Its like they are alcohol/drug addicts that have to hit rock bottom before trying to improve.

btw PC was quoted he "Never even thought about it" regarding going for it on 4th down. So he never even thought about making the right decision yet he makes inane challenges all the time including one that cost us a TO and maybe a TD instead of a FG in the second quarter.
